Dennis joined AGH Solutions Limited as Managing Director in February 2025. Prior to this role, Dennis was Managing Director of Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Dennis has over 25 years commercial experience at director level both in the UK and Europe and a strong facilities industry background.
Melanie has spent the majority of her career working within the Further Education sector, most recently as Deputy Principal for Kirklees College and Dewsbury Centre Principal. Melanie has over 20 years’ experience leading and managing Human Resources and Organisational Development divisions, as well as having responsibility for Estates and Capital Strategy, marketing and communications, ICT, and Risk Management and Health and Safety.
Jon joined AGH Solutions in November 2020 as Transport and Security Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a long career in the prison service and four years as a Business Manager at a GP practice. Since then, he has progressed through a number of senior roles, including Head of Facilities and Head of Operations, before being appointed Director of Operations in October 2025.
Jamie has more than 35 years’ experience in the engineering industry. He has worked for Airedale NHS Foundation Trust for over 24 years and transferred to AGH Solutions when the subsidiary was formed in March 2018. Throughout his career, Jamie has developed significant expertise in the management and delivery of hard facilities management maintenance within an acute hospital environment, providing strong technical leadership and supporting the safe, reliable and compliant operation of the healthcare estate.
Oliver has 30 years’ experience in procurement, contracting, and supply chain management across the public and private sectors. He has good experience of leading collaborative procurement and shared services, with a strong focus on sustainability, strategic commercial practice, supplier engagement, and contract management. Oliver is also an experienced people leader, committed to building trusted relationships, promoting inclusive leadership, and supporting the development and success of colleagues and teams.
Richard has been part of AGH Solutions since the company was established, having previously worked within the Airedale estates team since 2015. Before becoming Assistant Director of Securing the Future, he served as Estates Project (RAAC) Manager, leading the Trust’s work to manage and remediate the structural risks associated with RAAC across the estate. Prior to joining the NHS, Richard worked as a Building Inspector for Bradford Council (CBMDC). A Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of expertise in estate management, capital projects and building safety.
