Dennis joined AGH Solutions Limited as Managing Director in February 2025. Prior to this role, Dennis was Managing Director of Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Dennis has over 25 years commercial experience at director level both in the UK and Europe and a strong facilities industry background.
Melanie has spent the majority of her career working within the Further Education sector, most recently as Deputy Principal for Kirklees College and Dewsbury Centre Principal. Melanie has over 20 years’ experience leading and managing Human Resources and Organisational Development divisions, as well as having responsibility for Estates and Capital Strategy, marketing and communications, ICT, and Risk Management and Health and Safety. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.
